In my haste to post praise of pistachios yesterday I forgot that February 26 is also National Chili Day. To celebrate I’m posting my recipe for venison chili. The venison used in this recipe was a victim of a hunting accident not an auto accident. Yes, road kill stews are a reality here.

To my knowledge the “www” isn’t included. You don’t need to use it anymore. I never type that in when going to my site or other sites. Looking at the url above where I’m making this reply I don’t see the “www.” It seems to me that the www is superfluous. If I type https://www.cookingwithvinny.com into the url bar, it disappears when the page loads so I’m not sure what you’re referring to.
Thanks for your comment. Writing doesn’t come that easily to me either and I usually throw most of my first draft away. I’ll write in a stream with no regard for organization. I write whats on my mind. If it’s a long post, I’ll wait one day then organize my thoughts. Shorter posts I’ll let sit for a couple of ours before I begin to polish. I often don’t get the completed draft until I actually publish the post. When it’s sent to me in an email I’ll read it again and will make changes. Writing is a process and there is no one way to do it. It shouldn’t have to be a chore, it should be fun. Ciao For Now
